At SKINTIFIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original boxes and include your RMA slip before dropping the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Upon receiving your return, our laboratory team will inspect the items, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
